We package & ship orders to over 30+ different countries across the globe.

How long does an order take to arrive once shipped?

1-4 business days for handling & processing your order. Typical delivery time frame in the U.S.A is from business 2-7 days. While international orders are anywhere from 6-20 business days depending on location.

Additional factors such as customs and natural disasters may cause further postal delays.

Will I receive a tracking number for my package?

Tracking numbers will be sent as soon as we ship your order.

Are there any hidden customs fees or import taxes?

All products on our webpage are completely covered by tax on our end. However, depending on your location and laws in your area, you may be liable to pay for duties and taxes once you receive your order. Import taxes, duties and related customs fees may be charged once your order arrives to its destination, which are determined by your local customs office. Please seek additional guidance based on your location and the associated import laws. Payment of these charges and taxes are your responsibility and will not be covered by us. We are not responsible for delays caused by the customs department in your country.

What's your return policy?

We have a 15-day return policy.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging along with proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 15 business days.
